The world has changed a lot over the last thousands of years, but the human mind and body have not. The specifics of how we do things change over time, but the Fundamentals underlying success don’t change often, or at all.
Take communicating clearly with others. Whether a potential friendship, love interests, job, or business connection, communicating clearly can make or break a relationship or opportunity. The specific ways we communicate have changed… whether face to face, through a physical letter, carrier pigeon, text, email, voice call, or video call, but the need to communicate clearly to maximize success hasn’t changed.
Through Work The Fundamentals, I’ll be sharing these types of unchanging things that affect success, money, relationships, and health, starting with strength and fitness.
When we focus on the Fundamentals and ignore the noise of those just seeking to create confusion, distraction, and misinformation purely for monetary gain, we find ourselves with more control of our lives instead of going around in circles.
